academic board of the National University of Colombia, and the
Inclusive National Student Board Colombian Organization of
Students (OCE). A political scientist, Fernandez earned his
Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Colombian Xaverian
University (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana), and is currently a
law student at the National University of Colombia (Universidad
Nacional de Colombia.) </div>
