Yet trends predict a shortage of qualified leadership in the coming years. More than half of Executive Directors in the U.S., and more than a few board members, will be leaving their jobs within the next fiver years. This challenge will offer significant opportunities
to aspiring nonprofit and social sector leaders. The nonprofit world is on the precedence of major changes in its leadership and management structures.<span style="">
</span>To successfully navigate the changing nonprofit landscape, nonprofits need to acknowledge and discuss the implications of the generational and demographic shifts impacting the workforce.</span></p>
