Participants will learn ways to de-escalate conflicts before they
become formal disputes, as well as strategies to conduct a dispute
process in a fair and objective manner.We will also discuss the role
that trauma plays in shaping one's response to conflict.<br><br><div>
Who: McKinney-Vento school liaisons and state coordinators, directors of
student services, school social workers, school counselors, and anyone
advocating on behalf of children/families within the educational system.
