<div align="left"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">For the past 12 years he has led SJPHC in its leadership among community health centers in working to address social determinants of health, including racism. Along with the work he does running the health center in addressing racism and other social disparities, he also provides leadership for the center's youth Racial Healing program, bringing together white youth and youth of color to understand these health impacts and address them.</span><br>
