corporate abuse for 35 years, is seeking an Online Organizer to manage the
organization’s growing email advocacy and acquisition program and web and
social media presence. As the Online Organizer, you will work closely with our
talented campaign organizers and development staff to generate grassroots
action from activists in each of our campaigns areas and to drive online
fundraising. And, you will help cultivate and empower our newest activists and
members, mobilizing them in new ways to challenge corporate abuse head on. </span></p>
<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%">Corporate Accountability International has been instrumental in
challenging food, water and tobacco industry abuses. The Online Organizer position
will play a key role to increase the impact of these campaigns going forward.
Just last year, members and allies across the country helped compel the
National Parks Service to move forward with a plan to stop the sale of bottled
water at the Grand Canyon, despite an attempt by Coca-Cola to get the plan
tabled. </span><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%">In the fall, we launched the multi-media project Food
MythBusters with author Anna Lapp</span><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%">é</span><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%">, a
project that directly challenges the Big-Food-perpetuated myth that we need
industrial, chemical agriculture to feed the world.</span><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"> </span></p>
<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%">As the Online Organizer you report directly to the Managing Director
of Communications, while working closely with our talented communications team.
The organization is made up of more than 60 smart and driven staff and interns
working in a fast-paced and fun working environment with a network of members
and allies across the world. </span></p>
