specialized in public health and labor health. He has
a MSc degree from McGill University (Canada) and is
Professor at the University of Carabobo (Venezuela).
From 1999-2000 was Health Coordinator at the
Constituent Assembly of Venezuela, Policies and Health
Systems Consultant at PAHO/WHO in Washington
(2003-2004), Director of the Institute of Advanced
Studies in Public Health in Venezuela and Executive
Secretary of the Andean Health Agency between 2006 and
2010. Oscar Feo was also invited as a lecturer by many
Universities in the Continent. At the present time, he
is Technical Consultant in the field of Policies and
Health Systems at ISAGS. </span></div>
