Dear All,

Tonight the struggle to build a union at Insomnia Cookies continues. Workers who declared a strike against poverty pay in August have refused to back down, in the face of retaliatory firings and threats of a lawsuit. The Boston IWW backs them all the way and has helped with Organizer Trainings, strike pay and a public fight for union recognition. Harvard's Student Labor Action Movement insists on a total boycott of Insomnia products on campus until the workers' demands are met. Boston University's Student Labor Action Project has brought scores of students out to the picket line. Tonight you can join this important fightback against corporate greed, which demands nothing less than union rights on the job for super-exploited service employees. We'll gather at 9 pm at Insomnia's BU location, 708 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston (Boston University East stop on the MBTA's Green Line). Come on out and help fast food workers make history!
