                        Patient Safety Act</span></span></b><span

                      Arial, sans-serif;"> will require Massachusetts
                      hospitals to set a safe limit on the number of
                      patients a nurse can care for at one time and to
                      adjust those staffing levels based on the actual
                      needs of patients. Currently there is no law and
                      no limit on the number of patients assigned to a
                      nurse.<br>

                      to 100 times that of the lowest paid employee,
                      require hospitals to report all financial holdings
                      and revenues, and limit and clawback excess
                      profits to establish a fund to ensure taxpayer
                      dollars are dedicated exclusively to the delivery
                      of safe patient care and necessary health care
                      services.</span></span><span style="font-size:

                    is the deadline to have petitions in at the MNA
                    office. That means as of this weekend, <b>we only
                      have 2 weeks left</b> to ensure citizens have the
                    opportunity to vote on safe patient limits and
                    financial transparency in the use of taxpayer money
