Insomnia Cookies recently fired IWW Organizer Colin. He protested management's racist, sexist, and homophobic abuse, and the withholding of breaks on long, late-night shifts. The company promptly fired Colin, accusing him of stealing on flimsy pretexts.

Background: The Industrial Workers of the World has filed NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) charges against Insomnia, and picketed Insomnia's Boston University location, but it's time to step up the struggle.

We'll help Colin to deliver a demand letter, formally requesting the company to reinstate him, provide legally-mandated breaks to workers, and stop misclassifying employees as "independent contractors," to their considerable disadvantage.

Three days after Colin's protest, the sexist, homophobic manager confronted Colin and grilled him about his complaint, asking, "So you find it offensive when I use the word f**got?" and encouraging him to "Quit if you
 don't like it."
