Racially fueled hate 'crimes' have become more blatant and more frequent!

While members of impacted communities fightback, there is much that
white and antiracism activists can and should do. Undoing racism is the
responsibility of everyone who believes that racism is a violation
against humanity.

/encuentro5 is hosting and inviting you to participate in an interactive
social justice conversation about *racial oppression *and antiracism
work.* on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 6:00pm – 8:00pm at 9A Hamilton Pl.
(across from Part Street train station Green and Red lines and next to
Orpheum Theater) Downtown Boston.*/

/The conversation will encourage discussion to better understand how
root causes of white privilege and supremacy, its manifestations and
underlying dynamics impacts antiracism work. The discussion will assist
in the building and strengthening of unity and solidarity with local
antiracist and social justice movements./

//

/The conversation will be led by *Shay Stewart Bouley, the first African
American woman to serve as Executive Director of Community Change, Inc*.

and commitment to dismantle racism beginning with their reflections,
