Let’s watch eight good, important videos, then chat about them, and get to know each other.

Mar 12th: Merchants of Doubt
Pundits-for-hire present themselves as scientific authorities on topics like tobacco, toxic chemicals, pharmaceuticals and climate change. Documentary examines the discovery, history and results of this. *Appropriate for children.Mar 26th: Act of Killing

Judi Bari and Darryl Cherney were falsely arrested for car-bombing themselves. They sued, claiming the FBI knew they were innocent but arrested them to try to silence them.

Discussion: Not centralized, many talk at once, you listen to who you want to.
Voting: After seeing and discussing each video, audience members may vote on how good the DVD is. Average scores will be used to set award at the series end.
Best Documentary Award: given Apr 23rd, after video, discussion , voting and tabulation.
