Call for participants! February Deadline for Fall River Living History Tour
Are you interested in the regional history of the South Coast/Southeastern
Massachusetts? Do you like theater or performance? Help bring to life our
community history!

Must be available for several preparation and rehearsal sessions and the
event on Sunday, April 22nd from 1-3pm at Quequechan River Rail Trail in
Fall River.

We are open to all ages. No experience required, just willingness to follow
a script and focus on history stories and scenarios in coordination with
the UMass Dartmouth Labor Education Center. Some participants will read
scripts based on historical figures from Fall River area history.
Volunteers will coordinate with the Labor Educator to prepare and perform
actual characters such as mill workers, abolitionists, and child laborers.

We will have several preparations meetings in February and March. If you
are interested, please contact Camilo Viveiros at the UMass Dartmouth Labor
Education Center via email:cviveiros at umassd.edu
