Free Jamal Khashoggi – Respond to Saudi War on Yemen – Protest at Raytheon
in Cambridge
Tuesday, October 16 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm ~ Raytheon BBN Technologies, 10
Moulton St, Cambridge
The apparent murder of dissident U.S. based Saudi journalist Jamal
Khashoggi has further exposed the murderous Saudi regime as one that has no
respect for human rights and that expects to be able to get away with any
crimes with no consequences. The media, Congressional, and business elite
are embarrassed by their close ties to the Saudi dictatorship and are
trying to distance themselves from this murder, but they are not yet taking
action to repudiate Saudi’s ruinous destruction of Yemen, which it is
carrying out with U.S. military support and with weapons produced in
Massachusetts by Raytheon Corporation.

We call on Raytheon to stop doing business with Saudi Arabia until it stops
the war in Yemen. In response to the Saudi war on Yemen and the U.S.’
continued to support for that war, we will rally at Raytheon BBN offices in
Cambridge.

Raytheon supplies the bombs and military equipment to both Saudi Arabia and
the UAE that makes such savage attacks possible and it has a close and
essential relationship to the Saudi Military.

Butler Brigade; Cambridge Friends Meeting/Peace and Social Concerns;
