*Apr 4 HOWARD ZINN: HISTORY AND CURRENT WARS IN THE MIDDLE EAST*
Howard Zinn is a historian, playwright and social activist. He was a 
shipyard worker and Air Force bombadier before he went to college under 
the GI Bill and received a PHD from Columbia University. He tught at 
Spelman College and Boston University as well as visiting professor at 
the University of Paris and the University of Bologna. He has received 
many awards; his latest book is "A Power a Government Cannot  Suppress."
