*May 21, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM WEEPING WOMEN WALK* We will participate in a
silent walk through Boston to remember the suffering and loss of lives
in this war. Remebering husbands, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters
who served in the military, and since soldiers and civilians die
together, we remeber the ordinary Iraqi people who are killed in their
homes and on the streets just because they live in the midst of a war
torn country.
We live in a culture of violence both in our local communities and the
wider world. It is the responsibility of every person to use their
personal power to say no more war, no more killing, and no more death
and no more suffering. It is especially important for women to speakÃ?Â
and walk for peace as it is we who give birth to boys (girls) and raise
them to be men (women.)
