Aviva Chomsky Dissects and Rejects Mainstream Anti-Immigration Myths!

Join us for this very special event with Aviva Chomsky, author of ³They Take
our Jobs and 20 Other Myths on Immigration². Aviva dispels the racist lies
and propaganda spouted by politicians, who seek to fan the flames of
anti-immigrant sentiment throughout the U.S.  Boston CISPES will also
provide a critical piece of analysis missing from the immigration
discussion: how U.S. free trade policies force Latin America¹s poor to leave
their home countries in search of economic opportunity in the north.

Suggested donation=$5  (No one will be turned away for lack of funds!)
Copies of Aviva¹s book will be available for $14.

Únase por éste evento muy especial con Aviva Chomsky, la autora de ³Nos
Roban Nuestros Trajabos y 20 más Mitos Sobre la Inmigración².  Aviva rechaza
las mentiras racistas dichas por los políticos de los EEUU, quienes desean
aumentar el mal sentimiento en contra los inmigrantes adentro de la
población estadounidense.  También, nosotros como Boston CISPES ofrecemos el
elemento crítico que hace falta en la plática sobre la migración: que las
políticas de comercio libre hechas por los EEUU obligan a la gente pobre de
America Látina en salir de sus países, buscando la oportunidad económica en
el norte.

Si se necesita traducción en español, hablenos antes de el 24 de enero para
reservar el equipo.
