Join friends and comrades Friday night for a screening of 'Black August,' a new Hollywood telling of the stories of George Jackson, the legendary revolutionary prisoner who inspired and contributed so much to the Black Liberation movement.

The film stars Gary Dourdan, who folks might know as the host of BET's Lyric Cafe or CSI. Come for the film and a discussion of George Jackson, revolutionary prison struggles and Hollywood's (often misleading) interpretation of revolutionary struggles.
