Friends, do plan to come to my fundraiser for UAINE on Saturday. I
set the party for 6 to 8 pm so that those with other doings later in
the evening can still drop in and show support. Please broadcast
this invitation to your lists -- your buddies are welcome. It will
be fun, and Chef KT Leary's spread alone will be well worth it.

        Thanks for your support!

            Dear friends,
Come celebrate one of our most dedicated community
organizations, the United American Indians of New
England (UAINE) and its educational branch, the
Metacom Education Project. Meet a UAINE leader, enjoy
music, an art display, wine and great food by
professional chef KT Leary! Suggested donation: $10.

Please spread the word by forwarding this invitation
to your circle of potentially interested or
            progressive contacts. To encourage additional
donations to UAINE, we offer door prizes, and
opportunities such as chair massages by licensed
            masseuse Joanne Mullan.

This fundraiser will support Metacom's and UAINE's
outreach, including the social dinner which
immediately follows the National Day of Mourning
(NDOM) observance, held on U.S. Thanksgiving day in
Plymouth since 1970. More and more people show up for
the observance and the social every year -- including
buses from New York and Maine, and others who come a
significant distance to hear the truth about Indian
history and causes. It's a profound, consciousness
raising event that brings together supporters from
            diverse communities.

There are so many urgent causes. I hope that I can
count on your support in broadcasting this event,
attending, and celebrating with us. Thank you.
            /Linda Simon/
