>From May 27 through June 6, a People of Color delegation sponsored by
the Third World Coalition of the AFSC, witnessed Palestinian
resistance to the Israeli / Zionist occupation.
Lead by a Palestinian-American living in Palestine, the TWC delegation
of twelve was composed of African Americans, Asian Americans,
Chican at s, Latin at s, community organizers from throughout the U.S.
Empire.
The Palestinian struggle for self-determination was viewed by the
delegation's unique historical and political perspective on
colonization, racism, and imperialism, as well as cultural autonomy,
resistance, and liberation.
