The Militant Labor Forum presents:

Remember Hiroshima andNagasaki
No to U.S. nuclear weapons!
On August 6, 1945 the U.S. dropped an atomic bomb on
Hiroshima, Japan and three days later on Nagasaki, Japan. Hundreds of thousands
of people were killed and maimed. The U.S. remains the only country that has
used nuclear weapons against a people and today Washington has the largest
arsenal of nuclear weapons in the world.

Come to a discussion about:
· Whether
all countries should have the right to develop nuclear technology for energy
· How
Washington is trying to impose limits on nuclear development for other
countries as part of its
war drive and why working people should oppose Washington’s threat against Iran
and north Korea
· Why
Cuba does not develop nuclear weapons
· Why
we need to oppose Washington’s wars against Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan

Friday,
August 14, 7:30 pm
