United for a Fair Economy, a Boston-based non-profit organization, is
offering for sub-lease a workspace suitable for an organization of
6-10 individuals. Our office is located in Boston’s Downtown Crossing
on the 2nd floor of 29 Winter Street, between the Downtown Crossing
and Park Street subway stations.

The available workspace is 510 ft2 (not including shared common areas)
with large, knee-to-ceiling, recessed windows providing an abundance
of natural light and additional counter space for workstations lining
the south wall. This workspace can be sub-leased for $2,000 - $2,500
per month, depending on the size of your group or organization (rate
negotiable), which INCLUDES THE COST OF UTILITIES, USE OF SHARED
COMMON AREAS, AND THE FOLLOWING FURNISHINGS AND AMENITIES:

· Desks with drawers

· Filing cabinets

· Phones

· Internet (wireless and Ethernet)

Shared common space includes a kitchenette with full refrigerator,
coffee machine, microwave, toaster and sink.

For group meetings, we have a small and large conference room
available (reservations can be made based on UFE’s meetings schedule).
Each conference room includes:

· Phones with conference calling

· Internet (wireless and Ethernet)

· Two whiteboards

· Tables and seating (Large conference room seats 25-30; Small
conference room seats 5-8)

Our large conference room also includes a projector and pull-down
screen for presentations and video conferencing.

The monthly rate does not include the use of consumables (e.g., paper,
printer ink, metered postage, etc.) the costs of which can be
negotiated into the monthly rate as used.

Additional storage space not included in the specified workspace can
be made available at additional charge upon request.

We are a friendly group with a casual work environment, and are
looking forward to bringing in new friends and officemates.
