*Dear All,

Harvard's Student Labor Action Movement (SLAM) has called a demonstration
and march to defend campus workers. **Since HU's mass layoff last year,
employees have faced devastating speed-ups, furloughs, deep cuts in hours
and pay, and of course the loss of hundreds of jobs. Harvard continues to
exploit temps, ignoring contractual provisions which would give them union
membership and at least some paid time off! A student-designed poster is
attached. *

The action will take place this Thursday, April 29, starting at 4 p.m. in
Harvard Yard's Massachusetts Hall. Map:

this map.

Please show Harvard's best pro-labor students that their efforts to stand up
