Rumors have been confirmed, hip hop/spoken word artists from Colombia (La
Lengua de Mi Barrio) will be joining us Monday night! I hope you can make
this event of inspiring volcanic-soul convergence to support encuentro5 and

Monday - July 26th, 7pm

Year after year, *encuentro5* provides an open and dynamic space for
hundreds of meetings, events, and social gatherings among a broad and
diverse social justice community. It also needs your support! e5 keeps the
doors open and the lights on through numerous funding streams, one of which
is a planned series of concerts and fundraisers. With the generous support
of musicians and artists, these events bring income to maintain the space
while building community.

Celebrate all the amazing organizing that takes place at *encuentro 5* by
coming to our musical benefit with internationally renowned musician, Dan
Reed, and local artists Rafael Medina and Simon Rios! There will also be a
silent auction of Pedro Pachamama's arts and crafts sent over from Oaxaca.
