All proceeds from the evening will go to Appalachia Rising the largest ever gathering of those opposed to mountain top removal happening September 25-27th in Washington DC and including celebrities Ashley Judd, Woody Harrelson, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Darryl Hannah, Kevin Bacon, Ed Begley Jr., and Kathy Mattea all rallying behind mountain citizens to call for an end to the destruction of the Appalachian mountains, its communities, and the poisoning of America’s water supply through mountaintop removal mining.
