Speaking the Truth, Seeking Justice: Flor Hilda Hernandez in Boston

Colombia's new president was the Minister of Defense during one of the most
atrocious terror campaigns in the history of Colombia.  These have come to
be called "The Body-Count Scandal" or "False Positives".  Colombia Vive's
Fall Tour will bring to light the victims of these tragedies.
