Maggie Cohen of the Cooperative Fund of New England will be speaking at the next Boston Area Solidarity Economy Network meeting, Wednesday, October 27, at 7 pm at 49 Sherrin Rd., Newton Lower Falls, the home of Wayne Clark and Marlene Archer (directions below):

Directions to our house @ 49 Sherrin Rd., Newton Lower Falls, MA (617-467-4113 or 603-512-8015):

Driving from the East: Take the Mass Pike to the exit (#15) at Rt. 128 South. At the first exit #22 (to Grove St., MBTA Station at Riverside), take the big curve to the right. Just before the exit ramp merges onto the street, the left turn lane allows you to turn left onto Grove and then right immediately onto Asheville Rd. At the end of this street (past Hallron Rd., a short block), take a left onto Crehore Dr., which ends at Goff St. Take the left at go one block to our house, right in front of you.

Driving from the North: Take Rt. 128 South, past Exit #25 for the Mass Pike. At the first exit #22 (to Grove St., MBTA Station at Riverside), take the big curve to the right. Mass transit from downtown: At the Federal @ Franklin St. bus stop, catch the 500 bus to Riverside (3:00, 4:10, 5:20, & 6:30 only). As the bus takes Rt. 128 Exit #22, press the tape for the next stop, which is directly across from DeForest St. Cross Grove St. and walk 2 short blocks (away from the bridge over Rt 128) and turn right onto Asheville Rd. At the end of this street (past Hallron Rd., a short block), take a left onto Crehore Dr., which ends at Goff St. Take the left at go one block to our house, right in front of you.

Mass transit from anywhere: Take the Green Line "D" train all the way to the end of the line at Riverside station. Exit the station and walk to the parking lot exit at Grove St. Walk to the left, past Hotel Indigo, over the highway, and take the third right onto Asheville Rd. At the end of this street (past Hallron Rd., a short block), take a left onto Crehore Dr., which ends at Goff St. Take the left at go one block to our house, right in front of you. Total walking distance of 0.7 miles. Or, you can take a taxi from the station, if you have difficulty walking.
