Dear All,

This Friday, 4/1/11, Union-busting CEO Howard Schultz of Starbucks Coffee
will speak at the Harvard Business School. Schultz will share his secrets
for maximizing profits with eager future bosses. This will also be an
opportunity for Schultz to hawk his new book, Onward. Schultz's income in
2009 was $14,971,152., or 836 times the average salary of an average
barista.  Starting at 12 noon, activists will hold a demonstration to expose
Starbucks' attacks on workers.

Starbucks has waged a vicious anti-union campaign against supporters of the
IWW/Starbucks Workers' Union, targeting and firing activists in the US and
Spain. The company forces employees to be available 80 hrs/wk, but won't
even guarantee part time hours. Starbucks keeps workers on poverty pay and
deliberately understaffs stores to maximize revenues.

Last December, the IWW/Starbucks Workers' Union won premium pay for the
Martin Luther King Day holiday for employees across the country! This
victory followed a hard 3-year fight for the MLK Day holiday. Please join us
at the picket and press for union recognition and more improvements for
hard-working Starbucks staff.

Harvard's Spangler Hall is located 1 block from the intersection of
Soldiers' Field Road and Western Ave (3 min by car or about a 15-minute walk
from Harvard or Central Square). From Harvard Sq, take JFK Street, cross the
Charles river and turn left on Gordon Rd. which will take you directly to
Spangler Hall. From Central Sq, walk down Western Ave, which runs right in
