This timely movie exposes all the myths about "education reform." Packed
crowds of parents
teachers, students and union activists have gathered across the country to
see the "Inconvenient
Truth Behind Waiting for Superman."

As more school closings are planned in Boston, we need to stand up against
budget cuts and union-busting. This movie will help to provide the arguments
and inspiration for a united movement to defend and extend public education.

There will be a cover charge of $5-10 to pay for the venue, the movie and
the food. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. The event is hosted
by Socialist Alternative, and there will be a short discussion after the
film.

There will be food. You can bring some too. Friendly to vegetarians and
carnivores.
