See how your neighbors are reducing their carbon footprint and cutting their
energy bills through the power of the sun, wind, smart building design, and
energy efficient appliances and technologies. Tour homes and businesses as
part of *NESEA's Green Buildings Open House! *

Hundreds of buildings throughout New England with renewable energy systems
or other sustainable features are throwing open their doors for tours,
including over 100 in Massachusetts, and, *for the first time,* 5 in Jamaica
Plain and Roxbury (12 St John Street, 133 Bourne, and 61 Hampstead #2, in JP
and 18 Beethoven and 100 Terrace in Roxbury. Note: the JP & Roxbury
properties are only visitable from 10-2, except 133 Bourne which will offer
tours 12-5).

Get ready to be inspired as you view a range of clean, renewable energy
options at work. Talk directly to homeowners about what worked and what
didn’t, and lessons learned. *Meet BostonCAN leader Viki Bok at 12 St. John
and hear how shrinking your carbon footprint is an important part of our
strategy to fight climate change in personal, social and political ways.*
