[act-ma] Mass. Pirates Sponsoring Candidate Classes Starting in October

The Massachusetts Pirate Party has been working diligently to setup a
class on running for office in the Lowell area in October.

This class will cover the basics of running a campaign for state and
local office and can be applied to a non-electoral campaign as well.
Everyone is invited.
