[act-ma] Come to JP for a Youth-Led 5K!

*Join Hyde Square Task Force in Jamaica Plain for teen-led community
run/walks, and learn the history of the streets you'll be traveling.  All
ages and abilities are welcome!*

*There are five dates available--choose the one that works best for you!*

   - Tues., June 5 at 6pm
   - Wed., June 6 at 6:30pm
   - Fri., June 8 at 5:30pm
   - Sat., June 9 at 9am
   - Complete your own "virtual" 5K by June 10!


Just six months ago, most of these teens have never run more than two
blocks in their lives.  Aside from that, they were also deemed as the "high
risk" youth of the community - not engaged in school, disconnected from
their families and community.  But now, six months later, they have learned
self-discipline, respect and more importantly, self-worth through running
and being a leader in the community.

Come support them and learn more about the Hyde Square neighborhood of
Jamaica Plain!
