UNDOCUMENTED: HOW IMMIGRATION BECAME ILLEGAL


Dr. Aviva Chomsky, Professor of History and Coordinator of Latin American, Latino, and Caribbean Studies at Salem State University. 
This talk addresses the role illegality of undocumentededness plays in our society and economy, how the status is created, and how and why people, especially Mexicans and Central Americans have been assigned this status.
