I just learned that our friend and comrade in the struggle, George 
Salzman, the anarchist physicist, Professor Emeritus, Physics 
Department, University of Massachusetts at Boston, died last January 27, 
2020, in Mexico, where he resided after retirement. This is the note 
forwarded to me by our friend Jerry: "I got a letter today from Nancy 
Davies. George Salzman died yesterday, January 27, 2020, in Oaxaca City, 
Mexico. He had caught a cold, and died three days later, being unable to 
fight it off. He was not in any great pain. He was 94. Nancy also wrote 
that his body is being cremated and that the ashes will be scattered on 
a nearby mountain. Sincerely, James".
