What is happening at Elmhurst is happening all over NYC, and now in 
Detroit, New Orleans, Chicago and other cities

.One of many things that has not been discussed in the news-

95% of the legal enforcement of emergency public health measures rest 
exclusively with the states and local governments, not the federal 
government

What the CDC says in press conferences and in writing is to provide 
non-enforceable “guidance”, protocols, etc.

The white, male, mostly slave owning “founding fathers” wrote the 
Constitution purposely to give more power to the states than the federal 
government, more than almost any other country on earth

Of course they did that on purpose to preserve slavery as the basis of 
the feudal/capitalist economy

The President can only do 2 things based on the Commerce clause of the 
US Constitution & another through the FDA (a completely separate federal 
law) to approve, ban and/or not approve medications

delegated to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)."

Complete, strict, no wiggle room State & Local Health Department Based, 
Non-Police, Non-Military Quarantine, Isolation, Social Distancing 
guidelines, protocols and algorithms-measures should have been 
implemented when this started in the U.S. over 2 months ago

And must be implemented NOW

They still are not being done anywhere except for cruise ships, planes 
from other countries, etc.
