[act-ma] Defend HUCTW member Kevin Harrington!

Dear All,

HUCTW* member Kevin Harrington has worked for Harvard's Stem Cell and
Regenerative Biology (HSCRB) for 10+ years. Putting in for overtime when he
needed to was never a problem. Then in February, Kevin's boss assigned him
the work of setting up a brand-new lab (in addition to his three other labs
& faculty!). Kevin did all the ordering and trained a new hire. When he
asked to be paid for the extra work, the boss refused, delayed payment for
weeks, and then retaliated against Kevin with harassing meetings and
threats of discipline.

Despite scores of workers & students complaining to Harvard's Labor
Relations Dept, Kevin's supervisor continues to take revenge against him,
just because he requested to be paid for the extra hours he worked. Even
though Harvard finally paid Kevin the overtime, the boss still says Kevin
will face discipline on Wednesday April 28, on flimsy pretexts!
