*March 4th at 7PM:
CCB Friday Concert Series with Ritt Henn & Beth Falcone*

*"Couples Therapy: Songs about Love & Life & Stuff Like That”*

Beth’s “catchy melodies and smart lyrics” (Variety) and Ritt’s “funkier
Cole Porter” songs (LA Weekly) soar with her “fiery piano playing”
(Chicago Sun Times) and his “cool cat” bass (Time Out NY).

Beth Falcone is an award-winning songwriter who plays piano and lives in
New York City. Ritt Henn is an award-winning songwriter who plays bass
and lives in New York City. In fact, they live together, as they are
married to each other, and find it quite handy when it comes to making
strong coffee and beautiful music together. Their blend of original and
originally-arranged tunes are bound to delight as they drive you through
that mud called love.

By the time they met, each had forged a successful musical career.

Beth is a composer/lyricist, pianist, conductor and singing
technique/voice science teacher. Her musical, "Wanda’s World," was
produced Off-Broadway at the 45th St. Theater (Amas, in association with
Terry Schnuck), received two Lortel Award nominations, including best
musical, a Drama Desk Award nomination for best book, and garnered her a
Kleban prize for Most Promising Lyricist in American Musical Theatre.
The show was released on Broadway Records in December of 2019 and has
been licensed by Theatrical Rights Worldwide. BethFalcone.com

Ritt has played Off-Broadway, toured the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and
been a featured performer with Carnatic global fusion violinist Dr. L.
Subramaniam. He’s released four CDs of original music, a DVD of short
films, produced over 200 episodes of ManBassBoxTV, and won both the
prestigious Bistro and MAC Awards for his work as a solo artist. Ritt
has played for Kathleen Turner, Liz Callaway, Len Cariou, Penny Fuller,
Anita Gillette, Chuck Berry, Rita Coolidge, Bob Malone, Tom Jones and
more. He also whistles and plays the ukulele. ManBassBoxTV.com

For a pandemic project, they created — along with Broadway and
Metropolitan Opera veteran Roosevelt André Credit —
HappyHolidayopolis.com, a virtual city where over 100 artists from
around the world have performed live concerts, storytelling, dance,
cooking demonstrations and more, sharing their artistry with audiences
who needed a place to be…not just to take in art, but to safely take in
each other, to talk, to commune. For this, they received a Golden Zoom
Award from Prospect Theater Company in New York City.
