 Postponement of Reclaim Rock City Fair due to weather

 Reclaim Rock City made the decision to postpone our Community Fair in
Ringer Park to *September 3rd* (Labor Day Weekend), with new back up rain
date on *September 10th*.

A few reasons were the heavy rainfall from today, making the ground unsafe
and too wet for activities, and risk of rain could damage our electrical
equipment.
