The attacks on the social movements combined with the lack of support
for the organized rural communities is severe in El Salvador. It exists
in a strange paradox with popular support for President Bukele for
handling the violence of the gangs With COVID it has been hard to hear
the real word from the ground. This evening is a rare opportunity to
learn about the situation, the resistance and solidarity efforts
including our local communities under siege.

solidaridad, incluidas nuestras comunidades locales bajo sitio.
