‘The War on Journalism: The Case of Julian Assange’ is the stuff Hollywood movies are made of – 'democratic' states colluding to demonize, spy on, and imprison a journalist not because he committed any crimes but because he exposed the crimes of state officials and agencies. In an age where journalists are under attack globally for doing their jobs, Julian Assange is facing a 175-year sentence for publishing factual documents about US war crimes, if extradited to the United States.
