  Kashmir Teach-in: Article 370, 35A and more



n the light of the abrogation of the Article 370 of the Indian 
Constitution, thus ending the special status of Jammu & Kashmir, Modi 
government has pushed Indian state and it's constitutional authority 
into uncharted waters. The government has, through a decree, also 
bifurcated the state and given the two new entities status of union 
territories thus bringing the whole region under the direct rule of the 
Central Government

This teach-in will explore the various aspects of the Articles 370 and 
Article 35A and also delve into the morality and legitimacy of a move 
that completely muzzled and ignored the voice of the people it's gonna 
affect most, the Kashmiris.
