Following up on my email on Monday, the trial for King Downing's lawsuit on
racial profiling will continue on Friday, Dec. 7 at 9:00 am and will be done
by 1:00 p.m. (if not before) It will include more testimony from witnesses
and most likely closing arguments. The trial will NOT be going on on
Thursday 12/6 as we earlier thought.
What: Support ACLU staffer King Downing
Why: Lawsuit against the MassPort over racial profiling at Logan Airport
When: Friday 12/7 at 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where: Courtroom #17 at the Moakley Courthouse (5th Floor), Downtown Boston
