Efforts to pass CORI reform are reaching a climax! It is crucial for  
supporters to have a visible presence within the State House. YOUR  
SUPPORT in this Lobby Day can help bring our movement to victory.

(BWA), and the CORI Coalition for

CORI Reform Day of Action!

July 23 (Wednesday)

The State House Steps

Noon

  12pm - Speak out and gather on State House Steps

12:30 - Enter State House and visit legislative offices

Your legislators NEED to hear what you think. Arrange a meeting with  
your own legislator for Wednesday. Contact information on MA  
legislators is available at http://www.wheredoivotema.com.

  Please forward this message to your colleagues and contacts and ask  
them to support this CORI Day of Action.

  PLUS, it is still important to call your legislators and ask them  
to report out a CORI bill before July 31.

SAMPLE SCRIPT:

Dear Rep_____________, As your constituent, I am asking you to help  
pass CORI reform before July 31. Please ask Rep. O’Flaherty to  
rep9ort out a CORI bill immediately. The criminal record questions  
should be removed from all  job applications, and the waiting period  
to seal CORI should be reduced to 3 and 7 years. Thank you.

calls. If you would like to meet at the CCI on Wednesday, group will  
be forming at 11:45 on July 23 to walk across the street to the State  
House for the Speak Out.
