A talk by Honorable Modesto Ruiz, Member of the Venezuelan National Assembly


Mr. Ruiz is the President of the Subcommittee on Legislation, Participation,
Warranties, Duties and Rights of African descendants and member of
parliamentary friendship groups between Venezuela and various African
countries, including Gambia, Angola and Namibia
