Wade Davis, on ‘Knowledge of Indigenous People in a World Threatened by
Climate Crisis’.

Wade Davis is a Canadian-U.S.-Colombian anthropologist, ethnobotanist and a
National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence. He has been described as “a rare
combination of scientist, poet and passionate defender of all of life’s
diversity.” He has 15 books, 8 documentary series and various film credits
under his name. He has traveled the world to live alongside various
indigenous communities and is a big advocate of indigenous cultures. Wade
