Brian Taylor (46) is one of the founding members Black Lives Matter: 
Cincinnati -- a group that was independent of BLM national. He drafted 
that organization's document that changed their name to Mass Action for 
Black Liberation and exposed the continual betrayals of BLM. He has been 
a journalist for 30 years. He has been a political activist since age 
15. Taylor participated in the South African revolution in 1993. He 
covered Hurricane Katrina a day after it occurred from inside New 
Orleans. Taylor has gone on international solidarity and reporting trips 
to Cuba, Venezuela, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Canada, and multiple 
countries in Europe. He has contributed editorially to and provided 
photography for several published books on history. He has helped 
organize national actions for immigrant rights and against police 
brutality for decades.
